  • Ensured timely provisioning and support of more than 12K devices including 1.5K POS terminals and 7K desktops and laptops from hardware to software & maintaining ongoing support to user community at the highest level possible.

  • Managed budgets as large as $15M funding infrastructure development, hardware and software deployments and circuit installations as well as all-new store staging and set up.

  • Improved service delivery through strategic technology enhancements.

  • Managed wireless roll out of all access points and controllers for POS handheld devices.

  • Streamlined the Business/Disaster Recovery Process to accelerate operational readiness. Positioned company to accelerate recovery from 72 hours to 48 hours

Played a key role in enabling a continued global expansion of the company's retail operations. In a global role led and supported the technology deployments for Tiffany and Co. worldwide that included:

  • Led SMS upgrade to SCCM 2007 and deployment of OSD/Operating System across 12,000 devices and more than 220 distribution points.

  • Successfully built out of remote data centers in Europe and Asia-Pac – 1 center in UK and 2 in Asia-Pac (Japan & Hong Kong in a 14-month time frame)

  • Initiated Exchange & Messaging Upgrade Project to 2010.
